The high-tech and equipment manufacturing sectors emerged as major drivers of industrial electricity demand, with consumption increasing 8.77%.    The digital economy and new energy vehicle industry also contributed significantly to growth in the services sector, with electricity consumption by internet data services rising by more than 50% year on year.    By the end of July, Guangdong's cumulative installed capacity of grid-connected offshore wind power had reached 13.57 million kilowatts.
